We review availability
Our team reviews your date, event details and setup space, then follows up with anything we need to prepare an accurate quote.

Review your quote & confirm
You receive a clear quote reflecting your package, guest count and any add-ons or travel fee. Accepting it and paying a deposit secures your date.

We deliver & style
On the day, we deliver everything and fully style the setup — tents, bedding, lighting and details — so it's photo-ready before your guests arrive.

Celebrate
Enjoy the party. Everything is set up and ready; you don't lift a thing.

We collect
After the celebration we return to pack everything down and take it away. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized before its next celebration.
Preparing your space
You’re responsible for providing a cleared, suitable setup space per your booking agreement. Each tent setup needs roughly 3 ft by 6 ft of floor space. We’ll confirm your room dimensions when you book. Have questions about your space? Get in touch.
