Privacy Policy

When you request a booking we collect the adult client’s name, email, phone and event details such as date, location and guest count. For personalization we generally collect a child’s first name only, and an age or age range rather than a date of birth.

We do not request or store a child’s full legal name, date of birth, school, medical details, government identification, or information about individual child guests unless clearly required.

We use your information to review and coordinate your booking, communicate with you, process payments and deliver your event.

Marketing emails and photography/testimonial permission are separate, optional choices — never bundled with booking acceptance. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to our retention obligations.
